Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops using imaging tools and automation scripts
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain service level agreements
- Train end-users on new systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a dynamic office environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
