Responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support to internal employees regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain the office IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are running smoothly.
- Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks to support the IT department's operations.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software for team members.

- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and system updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
