- Assist clients with technical inquiries via phone, email, and remote desktop support.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing training workshops to master new technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior technical experience is necessary; we will teach you everything you need to know.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and a genuine interest in technology.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new software.
