Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
