- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment inventory.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via phone and email in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete training programs.
- Basic computer literacy (experience with Windows and Mac OS is a plus).
