- Support the deployment of new software updates and hardware installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy (experience with Windows or Mac OS is a plus).
- Strong desire to learn and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for remote support roles).
