Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with technical inquiries and software navigation.
- Log and update customer support tickets in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn troubleshooting techniques and escalate complex issues.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members.
