Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical incidents, requests, and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and supplies.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve IT processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and obtain industry-recognized certifications.
