Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to staff via phone and ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Manage and deploy software updates and security patches.
- Respond to help desk requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and networks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
