Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the senior team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
- A valid driver’s license is required for on-site site visits.
