Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose and fix complex problems.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and guide users through step-by-step solutions.

Qualifications
