Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, first-level technical support to internal employees and clients via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a Windows and Mac environment.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office network equipment and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical tickets and resolutions.

Qualifications
