Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Support end-users with password resets, account management, and software installations.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular hardware inventory checks and asset management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
