Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity setup and basic security protocols
- Document all IT support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve escalated technical issues
- Participate in regular training sessions to expand technical expertise
- Support office technology including printers, VoIP systems, and video conferencing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
