Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and create user guides for common technical solutions
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security protocols and system upgrades
- Assist with data backup and recovery procedures

Qualifications
