Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and deployments
- Monitor network security and implement basic protective measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and system processes
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
