Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees and set up their workstations.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network improvements.
- Conduct regular maintenance on office equipment and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose basic computer problems and resolve them independently.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete technical training.
- Reliable transportation to the Austin office.
