Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures

Qualifications
