Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance
- Support virtual meeting platforms and audiovisual equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic networking concepts
