Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network security protocols and data protection measures
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Provide on-site support for client meetings and events
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and security principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
