Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex problems
- Assist with network administration tasks and security protocols
- Conduct user training on new technologies and systems
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
