Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees and customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the configuration of operating systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base to improve service efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available for immediate start and willing to undergo background verification.
