Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist users with system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Document and resolve tickets using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network maintenance
- Conduct routine system backups and security updates
- Train users on new software implementations
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
