Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve client inquiries within SLA
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network security protocols
- Support cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Conduct system audits and implement preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
