Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment
- Document support cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system implementations
- Conduct user training on new software and security protocols
- Assist with network monitoring and system maintenance tasks
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
