Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup and security protocols
- Participate in system upgrades and patch management cycles
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1 year of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Valid UK work authorization required
