Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 endpoints using SCCM and Intune
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor network health using SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Participate in quarterly IT audits and compliance reviews
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training for staff
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and DNS principles
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 15kg equipment occasionally
- Valid UK driving license (for site visits)
- Relevant internship or academic project experience
