Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for internal clients using remote tools and on-site support.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to users by answering questions, guiding them through solutions, and logging support tickets.
- Software Installation: Assist in the deployment and configuration of operating systems and essential business applications.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and system configurations in our ticketing system.
- Network Assistance: Support basic network connectivity tasks and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and the internet; eagerness to learn new technology is essential.
