Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company systems
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with network security protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex troubleshooting
- Train employees on new software and digital tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
