Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installations
