Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service request logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
- Participate in quarterly IT training sessions and certification prep
- Contribute to IT asset inventory management and lifecycle tracking
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a dynamic office environment
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
