Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients remotely and on-site.
- User Support: Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to employees and customers.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining network security and updating software systems.
- Documentation: Accurately log technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians to learn best practices and improve service delivery.
- Hardware Setup: Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and workstations.
Qualifications
