Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all help desk tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory management of IT assets.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete mandatory training programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
