Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity protocols
- Assist in maintaining server infrastructure and cloud services

Qualifications
