Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat regarding our digital products and services.
- Ticket Management: Log and track customer inquiries accurately in our internal ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards and resolve team bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Basics: Comfortable using computers, navigating the web, and basic typing skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday).
