What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Create engaging written content, blog posts, and social media copy for various platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
- Support the design team by providing briefs and feedback on creative assets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to our office in Washington, DC.
