- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for analysis.
- Support the data team in generating monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends and anomalies in data and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to data systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and procedures.
- Conduct basic market research to support business strategy initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in data analytics and technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for occasional site visits).
