Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical software or hardware issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on common customer pain points and suggest product improvements.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and participate in daily stand-up meetings to align on daily goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training sessions and self-study.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in using Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
