Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues regarding products and services, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM systems to ensure records are current.
- Product Education: Inform customers about our service offerings and explain features and benefits effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We train all new hires.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to help others.
