Responsibilities
- Assist incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer retention.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for potential field assignments).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
