Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot basic client issues and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of training materials and internal knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
