Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Onboard new clients to our platform, ensuring they understand our features and maximize their usage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, documenting insights to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate resolutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude toward customers.
