Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Document customer interactions and account status accurately in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve service delivery and identify upsell opportunities.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
