Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communications via email, chat, and phone to ensure a seamless experience.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to track client interactions and update account statuses.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to demonstrate product features and best practices.
- Identify client needs and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to provide feedback on customer pain points.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
