Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through solutions to ensure product satisfaction.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they maximize the value of our software.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to relay to our product development team.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex client escalations.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
