Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions, feedback, and account history.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex account issues and identify trends.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new team members and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on daily customer activity.
- Update customer records and documentation in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
