Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our software platform and resolving common technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop solutions for complex customer problems.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing clients.
Qualifications
