Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on providing exceptional service and rapid resolution.
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential new clients and expand the company's market reach through proactive outreach.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
