Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and update customer accounts to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings.
- Process orders and maintain inventory logs.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client retention.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
