Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our platform setup to ensure a seamless transition and immediate value delivery.
- Support Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our product and service offerings.
- Training & Education: Conduct virtual training sessions to educate clients on best practices and maximize product utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align on client goals and ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
